看過ANTM的人絕對對Janice Dickinson的毒舌印象深刻，現在JD自立門戶成立了JD模特兒經紀公司，從挑選模特兒尋求合夥人到為模特兒們找尋各種工作機會，完整呈現在電視前，最後經過嚴厲篩選才能成為正式的JD模特兒。
目前美國已進入第二季，台灣還不曉得會不會引進。
JD的合夥人，與JD有互補的作用，兼具現實與理性的一方。
